Areas that will be addressed include policy manual development; court management systems; funding sources for courts; record retention; code development; policy considerations; development of court forms; probation services development; culturally appropriate court practices; restorative justice and how and why to consider specialty courts like domestic violence court, or family court. The judge should be a member of any team that attends.
