Operations

• Screening and Assessment – Provides a small list of the available screening and assessment tools available to Healing to Wellness Courts.

• Legal Issues – PowerPoints and articles concerning the legal issues that often arise in drug court settings, including due process and confidentiality.
• Random Drug Testing – Articles on drug testing best practices
• Incentives and Sanctions – Articles, PowerPoints, and sample lists of sanction and incentives to assist in providing notice and diverse behavior modification tools.

Research

• Drug Court Research – Healing to Wellness Court research, state-specific drug court research, as well as evidenced-based practices for what works most effectively in the drug court setting.
• Alcohol and Drug Abuse Research – Articles on the physiological effects of and treatment for opiate, marijuana, synthetic cannabinoid addictions, as well as effective methods for drug testing.

Planning

• Planning a Healing to Wellness Court – Publications, sample program materials, and checklists to offer guidance for designing, planning, and implementing a Healing to Wellness Court.

Data and Evaluations

• Data and Evaluation – Data collection tools and resources, a comprehensive 2005 evaluation on Tribal Healing to Wellness Courts conducted by the National Institute of Justice, and other Wellness Court evaluation reports.
